Full custom design

Every frame is custom designed down to the last detail with drawings and 3D renders provided. Each individual component is designed and developed in house and of course geometry is completely up to you. We work with you to create the perfect bicycle for you.

Made by hand

Our tubing is filament wound carbon, specified to meet the particular riding style of the customer. This type of tubing is stiff under torsion for pedalling efficiency and resisting twisting forces, while allowing a little compliance for a smoother ride quality.
Each joint is reinforced with specifically designed plies of carbon fiber which are meticulously laid up by hand, compacted and oven cured in house.

Options

We love a classic tactile, simple and reliable mechanical bike. With our light weight rim brake frames we can build anything from an all out racer through to a 38mm tyred 1x do it all machine.But if the latest electronic shifting disc braked machine is what you are looking for we will be putting our signature style on that soon. Modern 'Wide' chainline options can be used to reduce the chainstay length.

full custom geometry*38mm is measured tyre clearance. To achieve this we recommend the frameset is supplied with front fork and brakes. Tyres may run larger than printed size on wider rims so the max tyre size might be 36mm. If you want to run a knobbier tyre or need additional mud clearance then max 33-35mm tyre.
a mid reach brake caliper is also required to clear 38mm tyre
